    • 10 hours → valid for 4 months

    • 25 hours → valid for 8 months

  • Validity begins from the date of the first payment.

  • Hours not used within the specified period expire and are not refundable or recoverable.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Make-ups

  • The Student may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Otherwise, the lesson will be considered taken and deducted from the package.

  • If the Teacher cancels a lesson, a new date will be agreed upon at no additional cost to the Student.

  • If the Teacher cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Student is entitled to a make-up lesson and may choose, at their discretion, either an extension of the package validity or a bonus of 30 free minutes.

4. Lesson Format

  • Lessons are conducted online via Google Meet or, if agreed, other platforms.

  • If the Student is late, the lesson will end at the scheduled time.

  • Technical issues with the Student’s connection/device do not entitle them to a make-up.

  • Rates are personal and non-transferable.

6. Teaching Materials

  • Materials provided are for the Student’s exclusive use and cannot be copied, distributed, or used commercially.

8. Communications

  • All official communications (bookings, cancellations, requests) must be made via e-mail to the address provided by the Teacher to ensure traceability.

9. Personal Data

  • The Student’s personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) solely for educational and administrative purposes.
